Richard Brown and Robin Bielitz founded Compass Yacht Charters in 2003.  Both have a love of boating and feel that not enough people know that a crewed charter can be the vacation of a lifetime at a surprisingly affordable cost.

Richard Brown

Richard has over 30 years experience in boating, owns his own yacht, and has chartered regularly in the Caribbean and the Bahamas since 1992.  In addition, he has owned his own business since 1984 serving the corporate service industry.  With 22 years experience meeting the needs of a demanding clientele and his extensive knowledge of the Bahamas and the Caribbean, he can help guide you through the process of choosing the right boat, and more importantly the right crew who will complete your dream vacation.

Robin Bielitz

Robin has been in corporate sales for over 17 years and prior to that was in the health care industry for more than 19 years.  Her sailing resume spans 18 years and includes the Bahamas, Virgin Islands and coastal sailing in the U.S.  Her health care and sales experiences give her an extraordinary concern for making sure that her clients have a unique and memorable chartering experience.
